Nasreen Akhter
Professor of Art History
Nasreen Akhter has taught art history for more than twenty years. Her research covers the Bengal School, the Dhaka modernists of the 1950s and the art of the Liberation War.
She has reviewed for several academic journals and served on the juries of national art exhibitions. For BACT she reviews essays on modern painting and art history.
